02 / about

whoami

Who am I, and where this site comes from.

I write about the parts of building software that nobody puts on a resume.

Hello from the 0xkestrel box, a small server I keep in the same cupboard as my old monitor. I publish notes on terminal tools, type systems and the quiet failures of production.

  • role solo maintainer, one box, no team
  • talks monospace is my language, type systems and shells
  • status writing, mostly at 2am

note I keep the archive readable for years, including the notes I later deleted.
